ZLF Law Office was established on July 8, 2016, as the first joint venture set by partners from the PRC, Hong Kong, and Macau. This groundbreaking collaboration between ZHONG YIN LAW FIRM in Beijing, Rato, LING, LEI & CORTÉS – ADVOGADOS | LEKTOU in Macau, and FONGS in Hong Kong makes it the largest law firm within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area public legal service platform. With the highest number of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers and the broadest range of services, our firm provides comprehensive legal services across the PRC-Hong Kong-Macao regions.

Currently, we have established two offices in Qianhai and Hengqin, marking the first time that a single law firm covers legal services in the PRC, Hong Kong, and Macau. Our team consists of 11 PRC lawyers registered and practicing in our firm, 20 professional support lawyers from ZHONG YIN LAW FIRM in Beijing, 10 Macau lawyers, and 16 Hong Kong lawyers (including 4 barristers specializing in Hong Kong litigation). We provide one-stop, two-way legal services for civil and commercial entities across the PRC, Hong Kong, and Macau within a single office area, reducing costs, saving time, and offering convenience, thereby pioneering a new chapter in China's legal services.
